About the artist

Tim Ellis lives in Shannonvale, near Port Douglas. Prior to moving to Far North Queensland in 2005, Tim worked as an Art Director in the UK film and television industry in London. He has studied fine art in the UK and in the Netherlands and has had a creative career spanning interior design, university lecturing and managing art galleries.  

Tim has exhibited in Cairns, Brisbane, Gympie, Hinchinbrook, Texas, Port Douglas, Mossman, Atherton and Chinchilla and is renowned and praised for his multi-media projects. 

Original artwork details

Purchase of original art directly supports the artist. Artwork is a unique, one-off piece created by hand and may contain marks or blemishes from the studio. Every effort is made to provide a photo that represents the true colour product, however due to variations between screen, colour can appear differently on screen to the final product.
