Shipping & returns


We use Australia Post for all of our shipping. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Australia Post provides the following estimates for deliveries:


If for some reason you are unhappy with your order or it is not what you expected, please contact the Store within 14 days of receiving your order.

Unless your goods are faulty, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to the Shop. Returned stock must arrive in its original condition, along with any box or product packaging. Once received we will issue a refund back to your original payment method (credit card or paypal).

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund on pierced earrings unless they are faulty or you have received an incorrect item.
