We use Australia Post for all of our standard shipping. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking details.
Australia Post provides the following estimates for deliveries:
- Metro – up to 2 business days
- Country – up to 5 business days
- Metro – up to 3 – 6 business days
- Country – please ask at your local post office
Flat-pack shipping can be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact the Gallery at [email protected] to arrange a quote.
The Gallery will provide one quote for items that require special shipping, courier will be specified in item description. Alternate couriers can be arranged by the buyer at their cost.
Orders can also be collected from the Cairns Art Gallery Shop if you select this option at checkout. Please ensure you provide a contact email address and you will be notified when your order is ready for collection. Order collection is available during operating hours at:

We offer returns when you contact us in writing (via email) within 14 days of receiving your order. If the return falls within our returns policy, simply return it with its included accessories, tags and packaging and we will refund it based upon the original payment method. Unless your goods are faulty, customer will be responsible for return shipment costs of the product to us. Original shipping charges and handling fees are non-refundable.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- change of mind
- ordered the wrong product size or colour
- found the product cheaper elsewhere
- earrings, body piercing products, hair accessories, face masks and gift cards
- were aware of the relevant fault before buying the product – such as if the fault was written on the tag, or indicated in the photos or item description online
- damaged the product by misusing it
- product used for a very long time and the problem is as a result of usual wear and tear
- package must be mailed back within 30 days of original order date
Please allow 7 business days from when the item is delivered for your returned order to be processed. You will be notified via email at the email address listed when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
Since we only offer unique items, exchanges and replacements are not always available.
If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or faulty item) we would like to make it up to you! Please contact us and we'll send you a free return shipping label and a full refund on your order.
